FULL TIME REALTOR

I am a full time Real Estate Consultant and am licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. I do not have another job that will take time away from my dedication to helping you with your Real Estate needs.  I am a Relocation Specialist.  About 70% of my buisness is helping Buyers Relocate to the Quad Cities or Staging homes so Sellers can move quickly to another location for work or retirement.  I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and have taken additional training to learn how to professionally stage my seller´s home to sell faster and for a higher price.  I was one of the first nine ASP´s in the Quad Cities.  Call me, let me tell you how I work.  Stages homes sell faster and for more money!

I have been relocated myself three times so I know what your needs are and I recognize how you are feeling. MY EXPERIENCE

I am in my 12th year as a Real Estate Professional. Not only have I been busy with my own business for the last eleven years but I´ve also helped one of my brokers with his business during that time. This has given me vast knowledge and experience, much more than other Realtors with many more years of experience. I am a multi million dollar producer and have been honored by Mel Foster Co. by being awarded membership in their prestigious President, Executive and Chairman clubs for the last nine years.  My Local Board of Realtors have also honored me with membership in their Bronze, Silver and Gold clubs.
